That’s why it is so important make a promise to yourself that you won’t drive under the influence. This decision can have you spending the night where you feel like a fool the next day or taking a cab, but anything that does not put you in harm’s way* is better than what you will be facing if you get caught driving under the influence. And no one gets hurt.
*In harm’s way would include situations such as walking at night alone or taking a ride with a stranger for instance.
